Have you discovered Eureka!, the ‘must touch’ museum for children?

Open since 1992, Eureka! is the UK’s leading museum for children - but it’s not like any museum you will have visited before!

Instead of rows of paintings and dusty display cases, Eureka! houses hundreds of interactive exhibits to inspire children to learn through play - and they’re as colourful, noisy and touchy-feely as you’d expect in a place designed especially for children!

Children up to 11 will make exciting discoveries as they explore six larger-than-life galleries and find out about everything from amazing habitats and how we care for them, to how sound and music are made and what’s going on inside their bodies.

All ages are provided for, with family-friendly facilities and two galleries for the under-5s.

With a shop, café, outdoor park and picnic area, as well as special events at weekends and during school holidays, families can expect a full day out.

The museum, shop and café are open every day from 10 am - 5pm, except 24 - 26 December.
